Legal services are provided to individuals aged 60 and over to ensure that seniors have access to legal remedies, should they ever need them. Requested fees are based on income, yet the program serves all individuals regardless of how much they make. The legal assistance is provided by a licensed attorney who offers education and training about personal legal issues of interest to seniors such as: - Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Advance Directives
- Guardianship proceedings and
- Advice on consumer matters such as collections and contracts
