Foreign policy initiative? "Here's a blank check". Health coverage initiative for American families? "How much is that gonna cost us?" Perhaps one of the biggest challenges this country faces is rooted in a lack of family values.

All Right.... What Does this Service Cost?
So, what's this service going to cost me you ask?
Well, the good news is that your tax dollars have already paid for this service, so it costs you nothing.
Better still, our VICAP Program provides a tremendous source of assistance to consumers in the Commonwealth, as our VICAP Counselors are specifically trained on how to resolve complex issues, such as difficulties related to claims or billing. Our counselors also assist consumers in accomplishing such tasks as filing for benefits, sorting through difficult-to-read statements and notices, and assisting individuals in getting up-to-date information about prescription drug plans and health insurance plans available through Medicare.
Crater District Area Agency on Aging also assists consumers in making sense of benefits offered under Long Term Care Insurance policies. As with some of our other programs, we advise you to secure an appointment well ahead of any deadlines. The average Medicare Part D counseling session lasts approximately 90 minutes.
